Applications

(1) Ethylene glycol is one of the most basic raw materials of chemical fiber industry.

(2) It is widely used as raw material of polyester resin and unsaturated polyester resin. 

(3) MEG freezing point changes with the concentration of ethylene glycol in the aqueous solution.It can reduce the freezing point of the aqueous solutions, so it is often used as antifreeze.

(4) MEG also widely used for the cosmetic industries.
